Mortgage Broker Vs. Mortgage Banker

The mortgage industry is currently going through tremendous change.  In order to better serve our Clients, NorthPoint Financial Services is in the process of converting from a Mortgage Broker to a Mortgage Banker.  This enhancement will give NorthPoint enhanced control in the lending process and access to additional resources of capital.
